Tiers 4.B and 4.C for Treatment Providers Year 2: up to $300,000

The Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is offering targeted funding through the State Opioid Response (SOR) 4.0 grant to support evidence-based practices (EBPs) for individuals with or at risk for opioid and/or stimulant use disorders (OUD/STUD).
This opportunity is part of DSAMH’s Tier Award Program (TAP), which funds short-term projects that expand access, improve engagement, and strengthen care transitions.
Projects must align with one of the following goals:
- Increase access to medications for OUD (MOUD)
- Increase engagement in treatment
- Improve care transitions
Applicants must also serve at least one priority population, such as:
- Pregnant/parenting people
- Racial/ethnic minorities
- Justice-involved individuals
- LGBTQ+ individuals
- School-aged youth
- People in high-need zip codes
Available Tiers for Treatment Providers
- Tier 4.B – Implement new EBPs or promising practices to expand access or engagement
- Tier 4.C – Tailor EBPs or innovations to address the needs of a specific high-risk or underserved population
