Tiers 4.B and 4.C for Community Based Organizations (CBOs) Year 2: UP TO $200,000

The Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is offering funding through the State Opioid Response (SOR) 4.0 grant to support community-based organizations (CBOs) in implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs) for individuals at risk for, or experiencing, opioid and/or stimulant use disorders (OUD/STUD).
This funding is part of the Tier Award Program (TAP), supporting short-term projects that improve treatment engagement and care transitions across the state.
Project Focus Areas
All projects must align with one of the following goals:
- Increase engagement in treatment
- Improve care transitions
Applicants must also serve at least one of the following priority populations:
- Pregnant/parenting people
- Racial/ethnic minorities
- People in high-need zip codes (including rural)
- LGBTQ+ individuals
- Justice-involved individuals
- School-aged youth
Available Tiers for CBOs
- Tier 4.B – Implement new EBPs or promising practices to strengthen engagement or care transitions
- Tier 4.C – Tailor EBPs or innovations to meet the needs of a specific high-risk or underserved population
